There is a time and a place for them but we can’t lie, we’re over the look so we set out to design a cool alternative to the traditional terracotta pot and saucer. We went the handmade ceramics approach and left the rims of each pot scalloped to give them an organic feel.  The wavy lines of the edges give the pots just enough movement to look interesting. This ain’t no Basic planter! With many colour ways from bright and punch primary colours like Red, Orange and Yellow to the modern White and Black, the Tika Planters coordinate with any décor. All of your larger houseplant needs are met with these planters. If you're doing propagating, there are 3" and 5" sizes to use as starter pots!

A hanging planter that is functional but still sleek and modern was the goal in mind for designing Thimble. We went with clay for the material because the matte finish would hit that contemporary vibe we were going for, and plants love a clay pot. We went with the geometric pattern for texture and visual interest. While the White and the Charcoal Black will likely appeal to the lover of minimalism, the warm Blue Grey and the pale Grey will work just as easily in a Cape Cod beach home.

We wanted to make sure you didn’t have to think when you got home so it comes with everything you need to get it up and looking pretty: a metal O-Ring so you can hang it off a screw hook in your ceiling and waterproof rope so that you don’t have to worry about it getting wet and rotting and then falling from the skies.

While there is no drainage, a shallow layer of pebble in the bottom will ensure your plant gets the drainage it needs. Just picture your String of Pearls draping over the rim and down to the ground, gorgeous! If you don’t feel like planting it up, we love piling it with air plants and watching their tendrils drape down.
