Orders / Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship our pots and goods world wide.

For shipments to the Canada visit www.Chive.ca and for shipments in the US place your order at www.Chive.com

** Please note that orders shipping outside of the United Kingdom, may be subject to additional customs charges, which Chive does not cover. **

Has my order shipped?

An email will be sent with tracking number when your order has been shipped

How do I change quantities or cancel my order?

What do I need to provide to change or cancel my order?

If you forgot to add something, change or want to cancel your order then simply give us a call us at +44 (0) 20 3637 5733 or emailing us at info@chiveuk.com with your modifications. Please remember to provide us with your name, the best phone number in which to reach you, the order confirmation number and what changes you need.

Damages / Returns

My order arrived broken!!! What now?

We carefully pack each and every order to ensure it's safe for travel, however, they are breakable items and can break from time to time.

If the items you have ordered through our website are damaged, please contact us immediately click on info@chiveuk.com with your Order ID in the subject line.

Details to include in the email are: product code, reason for return/replacement, and contact details. We will then provide you with a returns authorization number (RA) and all approved goods must be returned (and delivered to us) in their original packaging with the corresponding RA number to the address below within 14 days of receiving your original order.

My order isn't what I expected. How do I send it back?

We won't lie, our feelings might be a little hurt, all product descriptions contain measurements, materials and colors available,  but please click on Not What I Expected to email us with what the issue was and we can work something out for you.

How do I return my order for a refund?

If the items you’d like to return an item, please contact us at info@chiveuk.com your Order ID in the subject line.

Details to include in the email are: product code, reason for return/replacement, and contact details.

We strongly recommend that you arrange for proof of delivery on returned items as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please note that proof of postage is not proof of delivery

How long will my refund take?

Once the product is received complete with original packaging, we will provide you with a refund/exchange/merchandise credit as quickly as possible; in busy times, this process can take slightly longer but will not be longer than 30 days. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. This will include VAT but will exclude the shipping charges and a £3 restocking fee. The restocking fee covers the costs of the box, credit card transaction charges and taxes on postage. All gift recipients without sales receipts will be entitled to a non-refundable merchandise credit only.

Taxes

All orders are charged from UK origin with UK VAT, set at 20%.
