Very Unreasonable Customer Service

There is nothing wrong with the product we ordered, however their customer service has earned this company our lowest possible rating. When we originally googled the Chive site, it clearly stated "30 day return.” This site does not allow me to add a screenshot of that page. When we learned that our ordered item would not work for what we intended, we initiated the return process, only to discover that they have a 48 hour return policy. When contacted, they refused to make any exceptions and did not reply when asked for an explanation for their unreasonable policy. I provided them with my research of the return policies of 13 other similar internet vendors. Among these, the shortest return policy was 14 days, most were 30 days, and a few had a generous 90 day policy. They have still not replied.

Clearly this is a case of “Buyer Beware."

Hudson 3 flute 24 hole

I love this vase so much, I put hydrangeas in it and it looks beautiful and you can’t even see the vase which makes it seem like the flowers are floating.
